its getting to that time of the year again where we are looking for nominations for our 2009 Cruisemod Team for all states.
If your interested in becoming a cruise mod please add your name under the appropriate state.
The senior mods will discuss and an announcement will be made in the not too distant future.

| Announcement: FORD WINS 2008 MANUFACTURER'S CHAMPIONSHIP ON GOLD COAST |

Ford has secured the 2008 V8 Supercar Manufacturer's Championship with Jamie Whincup on top of the podium today at the Coffee Club Challenge on the streets of Surfer's Paradise.
The eighth win at round 11 of 14 Championship events claimed the title for Ford ahead of Holden with still four hit-outs remaining.
Ford's V8 Supercar Falcon's have been the dominant force in 2008, with wins spread across three Blue Oval outfits including TeamVodafone, Ford Performance Racing and Jim Beam Racing.
"We were fairly confident that we would secure the Manufacturer's Championship before the final few rounds," said Ray Price.

The question everyone was asking before the start of this year’s Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 was: can anyone stop TeamVodafone’s Craig Lowndes and Jamie Whincup from claiming their third Great Race victory in a row?
After just over six hours of racing the answer to that question was a firm ‘no’, as the pair remain the only men to ever get their hands on the Peter Brock Memorial trophy.
Whincup took the lead of the 161-lap race after swapping with Lowndes at the team’s first pit stop and the pair never really looked like losing the race from that point on.
